If you’re being asked to share more digital statements from an account that you have already shared, we may not have been able to see the main transactions that we need to see. These are transactions like salary or income payments, outgoing bills and Direct Debits or mortgage or rent payments.
Tips for dealing with this type of issue:
If do you use this bank account for those transactions, try sharing the bank account again. There may have been an error.
Or if you have a different bank account that you use for income and outgoings, try sharing that one too. Sometimes if the transactions are less regular, they can be harder for us to recognise.
If you transfer money between bank accounts, please share those accounts too. It helps us to get a clear picture of your income and outgoings.
