If you’re here, it means you’ve passed the initial credit check for a loan with Evlo. There are a couple more steps to complete before you get a full quote and receive the money:
You need to create a password so you can return to your enquiry later if you need to
You’ll need to securely share your digital bank statements by choosing your bank through the list. This helps us check you can comfortably afford the loan. It takes about two minutes and is all done online. You may need to share statements from more than one bank account.
Based on this, we will let you know whether you have been provisionally accepted for a loan with Evlo.
We'll call you to arrange an appointment with your local Evlo branch. Often, you’ll be able to finalise your loan enquiry over the phone. But as each enquiry is unique, depending on your personal circumstances, you may need to visit an Evlo branch for an appointment.
After the appointment, when any further checks are satisfied and you are happy with the terms of the loan, the loan can be paid out.
Do I have to visit a branch to get a loan?
Often, you’ll be able to finalise your loan enquiry over the phone. But as each enquiry is unique, depending on your personal circumstances, you may need to visit an Evlo branch for an appointment.
If you do need to visit a branch, sharing your bank statements online first will speed up the process, meaning you won't have to bring physical copies of your bank statements along with you.
Evlo like to make sure that they can answer any questions you may have, that you’re comfortable with repayments and that you understand the terms before they pay out the loan.
What if I’ve been declined?
This may be because of your credit history, your affordability of the loan or something else. You can start a new enquiry in 90 days’ time. It may help to review your credit file to see if there are any ways you can improve it in the meantime.
